Who says you need a party planner to make your party décor extra special?  There were no balloons, no frilly, over the top décor.  The décor is simple, yet special because it’s a labor of love.  When I got to the venue, Miggy’s mom & dad & relatives were busy decorating the venue.  I was impressed with their work.  I wish to have more of this kind of parties.  🙂
